Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdpop ("the Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern your access to and use of the bdpop website at bdpop.bar, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment functions, promotions, and any other features or services made available through the platform.

By accessing bdpop, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotional offers available on bdpop.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bdpop, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you have verified your own age and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bdpop or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by bdpop for breach of these Terms or for any other reason related to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account and must keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

bdpop reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The following conditions apply to all bdpop accounts:

• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bdpop will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your bdpop account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• You must notify bdpop immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised.
• bdpop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of identity fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct, and to withhold funds pending investigation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bdpop are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following payment conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bdpop account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of the mobile money transfer. bdpop does not charge a platform fee on deposits, but your mobile money provider's own transfer fees (if any) remain your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the mobile wallet (bKash or Nagad) registered on your account. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to make a deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts not registered in your name are not permitted.
• bdpop targets processing withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following successful verification. Processing times may vary depending on payment channel availability and verification requirements. bdpop does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but endeavours to process all requests as promptly as possible.
• Funds deposited to your bdpop account must be used for gaming purposes. You must not attempt to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without placing bets, as this may be treated as an attempt to use the platform for financial transactions unrelated to gaming, which is prohibited.
• All deposited funds are ring-fenced from operational funds. In the event that a player's account balance is found to have been credited in error (for example, due to a system fault, manual error, or misdirected transfer), bdpop reserves the right to correct such an error and reclaim any erroneously credited amount, whether or not the funds have been wagered.

bdpop does not accept deposits originating from third-party payment sources. Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Any funds deposited from accounts not registered in your name are subject to return minus any associated transaction costs, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdpop offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific terms of each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• One bonus offer per player, per household, per device, and per payment account applies unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
• bdpop reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonus funds already credited and being actively wagered in good faith.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Free spins have no monetary value independent of the winnings generated from them, and no cash equivalent is paid in lieu of free spins.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

bdpop offers live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting, and sports betting markets. All games operate under the rules established by the game provider. The following gameplay conditions apply across the platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game provider, or by live physical game equipment in the case of live dealer titles. bdpop does not interfere with or adjust game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and disclosed in the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the round in progress may be declared void and any stakes placed on that round will be returned to the player's account. bdpop will not be liable for losses attributed to connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds are locked. bdpop reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been subject to data errors, corruption, or manipulation by parties outside bdpop's control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Current bet limits are displayed in the game interface before placing a wager. bdpop may adjust bet limits at any time, and reserves the right to limit or restrict bet sizes for individual accounts where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of pricing errors.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdpop is committed to supporting responsible gaming and takes its obligations toward player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all players and form an integral part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit has been set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active, to prevent impulsive decisions during a gaming session.
• Players may request a temporary time-out period (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. bdpop will use reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from re-registering, but the player also bears responsibility for not attempting to circumvent this restriction.
• Session time reminders can be activated from your account settings. When activated, bdpop will display an on-screen notification at the interval you select, reminding you of the time elapsed in your current gaming session. These reminders are a tool — the decision to continue or stop playing remains yours.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdpop and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdpop reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit all account balances associated with such an account:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity, for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands or information in live games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotional offers or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or perform account actions, unless expressly permitted in writing by bdpop.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. bdpop may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or the platform itself for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be returned, and the account may be closed.

bdpop employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdpop will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, which may include warning, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on bdpop.bar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual material, is the property of bdpop or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any part of the bdpop platform or its content without the prior written permission of bdpop. Unauthorised use of bdpop intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdpop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if bdpop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdpop's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bdpop account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdpop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdpop will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered players via the contact details held on file. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of bdpop after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the previous Terms prior to the date of amendment.
